Tacurong City's Inugyunay Festival, biggest Christmas celebration in SOX

With the beautifully decorated city hall, brightly lit Christmas trees and the festive spirit, the annual Inugyunay Festival in Tacurong City is a not-to-be missed event for every Tacurongnons every month of December.

We were there during the opening last December 8 and the culmination night on December 23 and it was an amazing experience.

The entire city hall compound was turned into a big Christmas village with trees beautifully lighted, people enjoying taking pictures, nightly bazaars and well-attended variety shows.

For us, Inugyunay Festival is the biggest Christmas celebration in the region.

On December 23, thousands of Tacurongnos with their visitors and guests flocked the city grounds for the culmination of Inugyunay Festival 2016.

Highlights of the event was the spectacular fireworks display which illuminated the skies of Tacurong for 15 minutes- it was breathtaking! And the jam-packed rave foam party which lasted until 1 AM.
